From March 2021 till December 2023, I was the Chief People Officer for the Australian Red Cross and was the Co - Transformation lead for the work being undertaken in the organisation. A key part of the success of the transformation was having a clear and comprehensive Change Strategy and plan in place to help guide the organisation through the change. We engaged Mike and Andrea to provide their expert advice and leadership in this area and had them map out the strategy related to the change program for the transformation as well as lead the in-house change team through this critical work. They both provided outstanding advice and a clear program of work which was bespoke to Red Cross and pragmatic in its implementation.
